A man reported to be in his 30s was killed in a road crash on the A12 at Romford yesterday morning.

Despite the efforts of London Ambulance Service workers, the man – thought to have been riding a black Honda motorcycle on the London-bound carriageway – was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police, London’s Air Ambulance and two ambulance crews were called to the incident, which happened at about 9.50am.
