Possession of cocaine earnt a Rainham man a £150 fine.
Shawn Binmore, of Cherry Tree Lane, was stopped in the Dunelm Mill Car Park on Eastern Avenue, Romford, with a quantity of the class A drug on March 15 this year.
Binmore, 42, must also pay a £20 victim surcharge.
He pleaded guilty and was dealt with by Barkingside magistrates on Tuesday, April 9.
