Brentwood Council will outline plans for future use of town hall
Brentwood Council will be outlining options for the future use of the town hall.
The council’s Town Hall Delivery Group (THDG) and council leader Cllr Louise McKinlay will hold a question and answer session on Thursday, July 12, about the outline business case options for the use of the building.
Five options will be presented to full council on July 18 for a decision and the question and answer session will be a chance for residents to hear more about the proposals.
Cllr Russell Quirk, chair of the THDG, said: “The group has been committed to this project and we’ve made excellent progress with members, officers and consultants working together.
“It has been a robust and transparent process which has helped us to develop what we believe is a sound business case with five options for members to consider.
