Liberty shopping mall marks national No Smoking day

The Liberty shopping mall in Romford will mark national No Smoking day with a drive to help shoppers kick the habit.

Specialists from North East London NHS Foundation Trust will be handing out information, tips and advice on how to stop smoking.

Those wanting to go smoke free will be given a free carbon monoxide check and details of the medication avilable from the trust to help them quit.
