One of the men found guilty of murdering British soldier Lee Rigby will appeal against his conviction.

Michael Adebolajo, 29, of Romford, is awaiting sentencing after his trial at the Old Bailey last month.

He and Michael Adebowale, 22, of Greenwich were both found guilty of murdering Lee Rigby in Woolwich on May 22 last year.

Adebolajo, also known as Mujaahid Abu Hamza, grew up in Eastern Avenue East and went to Marshalls Park School in Pettits Lane, Romford.
