Find out how to become a Community First Responder (CFR) and learn life-saving skills at an event later this month.
St John Ambulance will hold an information evening at their Romford HQ in Albert Road on April 30.
Training sessions will be held every Saturday for four weeks from June 8.
John Newman, regional CFR coordinator for St John Ambulance, said: “Being a Community First Responder can be hugely rewarding as volunteers are providing a vital service in their own neighbourhood – a service which in some cases is quite literally the difference between life and death.”
No previous experience is required as full training is given. For more information about becoming a CFR email: cfr@london.sja.org.uk.
