A solicitors’ firm raised £155 for cancer care.
Kenneth, Elliott and Rowe, based in Eastern Road, Romford, reached the total by replacing their usual Christmas cards by donations to the Macmillan charity.
“We would normally buy chocolates, cakes or biscuits but thought it would be more worthwhile making donations to a good charity,” said the firm’s Frances Cottle.
