A man was left with a cut to his nose after he was attacked while jogging.
The incident happened outside of the Golden Crane Pub in Avon Road, Upminster yesterday (Monday December 3).
The 46-year-old man was running past the pub when he was attacked by a man, who had just come out of the pub.
Anyone with information should call the police on 101.
