Do you know a public garden that could benefit from a £10,000 makeover?

Weedkiller firm Roundup is offering design, labour, furniture and plants to one community green space in the UK – and you could help bring the prize home to Havering by nominating a garden online.

The company’s Gary Philpotts said: “Having an outside space to spend time in and retreat to for relaxation is very important for our health and wellbeing. Not everyone living in urban areas has the benefit of their own garden or an open area within walking distance, so we want to make sure more people have the chance to enjoy outdoors.

“This is why Roundup is giving one community space – whether it’s a school, a charity, a community allotment, or any other kind of outdoor space that is there to be enjoyed by a group of people – the chance to get a fantastic makeover from a team of design and gardening professionals.”

To enter, visit www.roundup-garden.com/competition and fill in the form. You can include a photo. The closing date is Friday, March 29.
