A school is celebrating after another sparkling inspection report.

Hilldene Primary School in Grange Road, Harold Hill, has proven it’s a class act once more after Ofsted inspectors awarded the school with “good” rating in its latest inspection.

The school has maintained its “good” rating, which it was awarded in its previous 2009 inspection, after the behaviour of pupils and teaching impressed visiting inspectors last month.

The report read: “Governors, senior leaders, year group leaders, all teachers and support staff are united in wanting to give their community’s children the best education.

“The curriculum provides rich opportunities to develop scholarly study”.

Co-headteacher Jane Davenport said: “We are delighted with the outcome and are very proud of our children and our dedicated and hardworking staff and governor team.”

Co-headteacher Georgina Delmonte added: “We look forward to continuing to work with parents and all members of the school community and are committed to making further improvements to continue to provide the very best for every Hilldene child.”
