Police want to speak to a man in connection with allegedly breaching his bail conditions.
Jack McLeod is on bail in relation to three offences.
As part of his bail conditions he cannot enter Havering, except to attend court or solicitor’s appointments.
Police said they believe they have seen and stopped him a number of times in September and October and on each occasion he provided false details.
