Cannabis possession earned a Harold Wood man a £215 bill.
Bilal Zubair, 27, was found with the drugs on March 19.
The Nightingale Crescent resident indicated a plea of guilty at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on April 11. He was fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
The drugs will be destroyed.
