Residents in parts of Harold Hill were left without power for more than six hours on Sunday.
The power cut on Sunday July 8 affected 84 people living in Edenhall Road and surrounding roads from 5pm until 1.30am on Monday July 9.
UK power Networks apologised to customers and said that the problem was caused by a fault on a piece of equipment on the electricity network.
