Havering firefighters were called last night (Wednesday) after two cars were in collision on the M25.
A fire crew from Harold Hill and a fire rescue unit from Hornchurch arrived on the scene shortly after 5pm. Firefighters said one car had hit the central reservation and bounced into a lane of oncoming traffic.
One woman was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service with chest pains and a suspected broken leg.
