If you’re desperate to get off the sofa this New Year, the council reckons it has a sport for everyone in Havering – from yoga and tai chi to football and netball.

A range of activities for disabled people, and sports for people of all ages and genders, are on offer across the borough.

As well as more demanding sports there are free walking sessions for everyone, and free use of swimming pools for people over 50.
