Youngsters are encouraged to put their creativity to good use by taking part in a card-making competition for First Step.
As part of the Recorder’s campaign with the children’s charity, Fundraise on the First, we are looking for festive card designs on the theme inclusion and friendship at Christmas.
The winning card will be printed with the young artist’s name and will be sold to raise money for the charity, in Tangmere Crescent, Hornchurch.
A team from First Step and the Recorder will judge the entries and the winner will be featured on the front page of the Romford and Havering Post in July.
Send your design, addressed as First Step Christmas card competition, to Media House, 539 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1UD, by July 24.
