A free 5k run will place every Saturday in Harrow Lodge Park until December, starting tomorrow (Saturday).
The run is open to everybody but children under 11 should be accompanied by an adult.
Register at parkrun.org.uk, print out your barcode and come along ready to go.

Runners should meet at the park’s Warren Drive Car Park, Hornchurch, to start between 9am and 10am.
