Chaos ensues as heavy rain is thought to have caused a roundabout to flood in Rainham.
The roundabout in Dovers Corner is under water and is causing cars to travel very slowly in the area.
A Rainham man, who did not want to be named, had to call his break down service after his car stopped moving when water flooded his car and engine.
He said: “It’s really bad, the water came up to three quarters of my car – it’s been like this all day.”
