Fire at Rainham industrial estate

Firefighters are tackling a blaze at an industrial estate.

Crews were called to the Albright Estate in Ferry Lane, Rainham at 8.56am where a pile of wood chippings was alight.

The site is currently cordoned off and six engines are at the scene.

The fire is now under control.

Last year a 50ft blaze destroyed 1,000 tonnes of waste at the same site.
