Ruby Cooke, the Hornchurch receptionist crowned Face of Essex earlier this year, took part in a fashion shoot that will be seen by thousands.
The 20-year-old was reunited with Face of Essex finalists Lydia Lucy and Lisa-Marie Burgess for the photo session at Uppercut’s Romford salon. Ruby had her hair done in a “half up beehive” for the prom-themed shoot - the photos from which will be used in Uppercut’s promotional material across London and Essex.
“It was good – I’ve done a few things with Lisa-Marie and we do keep in contact but it was nice catching up,” said Ruby. “I hadn’t worn a prom dress since my own prom four years ago.”
As well as the photo shoot, Ruby has been filming for a host of top-secret projects.
The Face of Essex competition was run by the Romford Recorder and Uppercut Hair Group through March and April.
