An exhibition will be held next week for a proposal to redevelop an industrial area.

Plans to transform a number of sites along the A1306 for the proposed Rainham and Beam Park development will be put on display at Rainham Library, Celtic Farm Road, Rainham, on Wednesday and the Mardyke Community Centre, South Street, on April 3 from 3pm.

The proposal of the development will transform the industrial area along New Road with 3,500 new homes, a train station, leisure facilities, a health centre and a school.
