Two cars smashed into each other head-on in Rainham last night.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Marsh Way at 2.30am on Friday (December 7).
An ambulance crew treated two people and took one to Queen’s Hospital with chest pains. The other person was treated for a hand injury but didn’t need hospitalising.
Fire engines from Hornchurch, Wennington and Dagenham also answered the call, but no one was trapped.
