A man was arrested in Collier Row early this morning after a car collided with a lamppost.
Fire engines from Romford and Hornchurch, along with police and paramedics, were called to the scene at the junction of Collier Row Lane and Hainault Road, Collier Row, at about 2.15am.
An ambulance crew checked the man over but he didn’t need to be taken to hospital.
