British Transport Police detectives are appealing for the public’s help in finding a man wanted in connection with sexual assaults on trains between Romford and Liverpool Street.
The first incident was reported on October 5 last year whilst on board the 9.21am service travelling between Romford and Liverpool Street.
A man sat next to a woman in her 20s and touched her inappropriately three times during the journey.
Despite several extensive enquiries, the man was never traced.
Then, on January 9 this year whilst on board the 7.34pm service travelling between Liverpool Street and Romford, a man touched another woman in her 30s inappropriately.
Detectives now believe that both sexual assaults are linked.
They would like to speak to the man in this image as they believe he may have information which could help the investigation.
