The next Police and Crime Commissioner public meeting will be taking place in Brentwood today.

Key issues will include burglary, Brentwood’s night life and speeding near schools.

It will be from 5.30pm to 7.30pm in Sawyers church, in Sawyers Hall Lane, Brentwood.

Nick Alston, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Essex Police, said: “We’d love people to attend all the meeting, but if you can only make part of it, please still come along.

“I want your views to be part of the debate about how we can best keep the streets and countryside of Essex safe.”
