A fire on an allotment site is being treated as suspicious.
Crews were called to the blaze on the site in Drewsbury Road, Harold Hill on Friday February 10 at around 6.45pm.
Green watch firefighters were on the scene for a total of two hours, putting out the blaze and making sure the area was safe.
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade said: “Only a quarter of the area was on fire, but because of the snow and the weather conditions it was difficult to deal with.”
