Crews from Brentwood are helping to tackle a large fire involving a diesel storage tank.
The tank, which was empty but used to store diesel, was alight at about 3.30pm in Vopak Terminal, Oliver Road, West Thurrock.
Sixty firefighters and 12 pumps from around Essex are at the scene and are tackling the blaze using foam.
No-one was evacuated and there have been no casualties.
