It has been closed since around 4am this morning (Monday, November 5) between Junction 30 (A13) and Junction 29 (A127) and drivers are being warned to find alternative routes, because the lorry will need to be recovered before the road completely reopens.

Essex Police has said that the road will remain closed for several hours, but that there are no serious injuries.

It’s likely the road closure will also effect those travelling on the A13.
