Delays of up to an hour on Greater Anglia trains through Havering this morning after train fault at Romford

A faulty train near Romford early this morning is causing delays of up to an hour on Greater Anglia lines through Havering.
At 7.42am, Greater Anglia tweeted: “#Romford - due to a train fault, ALL Metro and Mainline trains may be delayed up to 20mins as there is a queue of trains at present.”
But at 7.56am, Dominic Graham (@domcgraham) replied: “20 mins? You wish. This train should have been in London 30 mins ago but is still at #Romford.”
Then at 8.05am, National Rail Enquiries tweeted: “#Romford - The broken down train is now clear of the line but some trains may be delayed by up to 60 minutes until approximately 09:30.”
