Triallist Richard Rose is expected to pen a permanent deal this week
Dagenham & Redbridge boss John Still looks set to offer utility player Richard Rose a permanent contract after he impressed in the 2-0 friendly win over Boreham Wood.
The former Hereford United player – who can play anywhere across the defence – was one of five trialists who featured at Meadow Park on Tuesday evening, with Rose particularly impressive at right-back for the first 45 minutes.
A deal for 28-year-old Rose, who began his career with Gillingham, is expected to be done in time for Daggers’ next friendly away to Mangotsfield United on Saturday.
