Crooks target Havering phone boxes, stealing more than £650

Thieves and vandales trashed a series of Havering phone boxes over the summer, stealing money from their coin boxes.

Between July 22 and August 29, pay phones on Collier Row Lane, Rush Green Road, London Road and Straight Road were targeted, with nearly £660 taken in total.

The Collier Row Lane phone box alone had more than £350 stolen.
