Upminster woman handed community order for persistently causing annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety

Forty-nine-year-old Anna Hinbest, of Upminster, must pay a �60 victim surcharge and receive treatment for alcohol dependency, magistrates ordered.
Hinbest, of St Mary’s Lane, was given a community order at Barkingside on Monday October 22 after pleading guilty to persistently making use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
Hinbest must also attend probation appointments for 12 months.
