Detectives investigating the death of a man shot on his driveway 16 years ago have arrested an Upminster man.
The 52-year-old was one of four men arrested in the early hours of this morning in connection with the death of Leonard Naylor.
He remains in custody along with two others, a 51-year-old from Colchester a 43-year-old of no fixed address.
The fourth man, Robert Blackwell, 51, of Atlas Road, Plaistow, has been charged with conspiracy to murder and is set to appear before Medway magistrates today.
Mr Naylor, 46, died after suffering multiple gunshot wounds on the driveway of his home in Bracondale Avenue, Istead Rise, Kent on April 18, 2001.
