A 31-year-old man accused of dumping harmful waste in a notorious fly-tipping hot spot will go on trial next month.
Noel Doolan of Sarre Avenue, Hornchurch, has been charged with one count of disposing controlled waste in a manner that is likely to cause pollution or harm to human health.
At a hearing today at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court, he indicated he would plead not guilty.
Mr Doolan is set to appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on November 13.
The alleged incident took place last year in Gerpins Lane, Upminster, around December 3 last year.
