A 29-year-old charged with the unlawful killing of another man who was found dying outside a Romford pub has been bailed ahead of a trial.
Sean Boggans, of Ongar Road, Brentvvood, is accused of the manslaughter of Shaun McDermott who died on Monday, February 4.
Mr McDermott, 44, of Benhurst Avenue, Elm Park, died from injuries that had allegedly been sustained in an incident outside the Havering Oak pub, South Street, Romford, the day before.
Boggans, an estate agent, appeared at the Old Bailey on Thursday of last week.
He was granted conditional bail and offered a surety of £10,000. He will appear at the Old Bailey on April 15 to enter a plea.
