Driving without insurance or an appropriate license earned 19-year-old Mitchell Brazier a �120 fine and eight penalty points.
Brazier, of Trowbridge Road, Romford, was caught in a Ford Fiesta on the A12 in Romford on October 10.
Brazier, who pleaded guilty, was handed the fine at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Monday October 22.
He must also pay �85 costs and a �20 victim surcharge.
