Police have cordoned off an area in South Street, Romford, outside The Moon and Stars pub.
An eyewitness told the Recorder: “Police have got a man on the floor outside Moon and Stars pub. I have been watching them for around 15-20 minutes. He is unresponsive.”
Police confirmed a man has been taken to hospital.
