Man in his 40s stabbed in Romford

A man in his 40s was stabbed in Straight Road, Romford, last night.
Police were called to the road at 8.47pm to reports of a stabbing.
The man was taken to an east London hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
