A man has pleaded not guilty to causing death by careless driving.
Daniel Hodder, 31, of Kings Lynn Drive, Romford, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The charge relates to a crash on July 3 last year on the A12 by Maylands Golf Club in Colchester Road, Romford, when 26-year-old Ronnie Marshall, the passenger in a white Ford transit van, was killed.
