Hornchurch teenager Charlie Clancy was fined �250 and ordered to pay �138 costs and a �15 victim surcharge for possession of cocaine.
Clancy, 19, of Tindall Mews, was found with 14 wraps of the class A drug at Southend Road, Hornchurch, on September 29.
During the court hearing, which took place at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday October 12, an order was made for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
Clancy indicated a plea of guilty.
