A Kent man was fined �55 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, within the hearing or sight of someone likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress by it.
Mark Hemmings, of Hillview Terrace, Etchinghill, Folkestone, used the language or behaviour on September 30 in South Street, Romford.
Hemmings, 33, was also ordered to pay a �15 victim surcharge, and costs of �85.
He pleaded guilty and was fined at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday October 12.
