DETECTIVES have issued this picture of a man they want to speak to in connection with a burglary.
Jammell Shakes is 24 and may be staying in the Romford area where he is said to have string ties.
Police investigating a raid on a house in Downs Crescent, Great Dunmow, on Thursday, November 4, are keen to trace him.
He is describe as being 5 foot 11 inches tall with distinctive tattoos around his neck.
