Two offences of theft in the same day earned a Romford man a £15 bill and a six-month conditional discharge.
Anthony Glover, 20, of Alexandra Place, stole a pair of socks and a cat harness worth £7.75 from Wilkinson’s in The Liberty on May 7.
The same day, he stole £65 worth of phones from Asda in Dolphin Approach, Romford.
He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge by Barkingside magistrates on May 8.
