A Romford man was fined �200, disqualified from driving for 12 months, and ordered to pay �85 costs and a �15 victim surcharge after pleading guilty to drink-driving.
David Maguire, of Havering Road, was found to have 92mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood after driving in Station Lane, Hornchurch. The legal limit is 80mg per 100ml.
Maguire, 26, appeared before magistrates at Barkingside on Friday October 12.
He can reduce his disqualification by three months if he completes a course approved by the secretary of state by February 2013.
