A 20-year-old from Gidea Park must pay £100 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis.
He also admitted committing the offence while under a conditional discharge for another matter.
David Izzard, of Carlton Road, was dealt with at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on May 7. He was fined £55 and ordered to pay £25 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
The drugs will be destroyed.
