A man has been charged after allegedly touching himself inappropriately on a Brentwood train.
Rikki Soloman, 32, of Pownall Crescent, Colchester, was charged with outraging public decency and breach of a sexual offender’s prevention order after he was arrested by British Transport Police last Monday.
The incident allegedly happened on a London-bound train from Shenfield on May 3.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday, September 2.
