The trial of the man accused of murdering Hornchurch pensioner Rosemary Shearman is due to begin.
Former prosecution case worker Thomas Blazquez, 50, of Onslow Gardens, South Woodford, will appear at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday.
Rosemary, 77, was found dead in her Platford Green home in September 2013.
