A construction worker is facing a lengthy prison sentence for breaking a colleague’s jaw after a heated argument broke out.
Mark Abrahams, 48, of Warwick Close, Hornchurch, was sentenced to 11 months in prison on Wednesday at the Old Bailey after pleading guilty to grievous bodily harm.
Back on January 24, Abrahams exchanged words with a worker before punching him in the face.
The attack happened in Nomura House, St Martin’s Le Grand, City of London.
Abrahams left the building soon after launching the attack, while the victim was taken to the Royal London Hospital.
Little more than four hours later, Abrahams was arrested on suspicion of GBH after handing himself into Bishopsgate Police Station.
