Residents fighting against plans for a retirement village on Green Belt Land are being urged to send their objections to the Government’s planning inspector.

People against the propoosals for the site in Moor Lane, Cranham have until Janury 25 to submit their views.

In June last year, Havering Council voted unanimously to reject the plans, but the applicants have now lodged an appeal against the decision to the planning inspectorate.

Residents can submit their objections by visiting www.planningportal.gov.uk/pcs and follow the menu prompts.

Those that do not have access to the internet, should send three copies setting our their comments to The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/10b, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN by January, quoting the reference APP/B5480/1/12/2188219
