Man fined for driving while banned and not having insurance

A 31-year-old who drove a van while banned from driving, and without insurance, has been handed a community order and a £145 bill.

Lee Drain, of Pretoria Road, Romford, drove the Astra van in Rowan Way on October 15

He must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, and pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
